5 awesome movie trailers...

One of my jobs at work is to watch the trailers we get delivered to check them for any faults.  Since we opened early all summer, this job got put on the back burner for a while, so last week I sat down and watched over an hours worth in one go.  It was heaven.  With some hell mixed in... (where Adam Sandler and Kevin James movies belong, as far as I'm concerned)  In case I haven't mentioned before, watching movie trailers is one of my favourite things to do, like, ever.  The good ones have the power to stir up emotions, make your heart beat faster and give you goosebumps all over.  Lately I can't stop watching the Les Miserables trailer for that very reason.  But I unearthed a few others that seem worth a watch, if only to see if the movie itself lives up to the awesomeness of the trailer eventually...

A Disney animation with a difference - as they all are I suppose!  I actually got to see the first few minutes of the film at a work event and it looks really promising - plus it has Jack McBrayer as one of the main voices, yay!
My kind of movie - a cheesy songfest!  I'm thinking (hoping) that Anna Kendrick's presence will stop it emulating Glee...
I haven't seen a good horror movie in YEARS but from the trailer this one seems promising...
Admittedly not my usual taste, but something about this just intrigued me...
Ok so it looks like Ferngully for the digital age, but as soon as I heard one of my fave Snow Patrol songs and saw those visuals in 3D, I was hooked ;)
Also on my radar is Anchorman 2 (of course!), End of Watch (weirdly) and The Great Gatsby (Baz Luhrmann!  Period costumes!  Extreme rage that it's been pushed back for the bazillionth time!)  What will you guys be watching?
(apologies for the weird formatting, I couldn't get things to even out...)
:)

  1. I'm really looking forward to seeing the Dredd film [although that's not out in the US till the end of the month] Django Unchained and Anna Karenina.

  2. I'm looking forward to Pitch Perfect, too (though I won't be dragging Steve along!).
